Up for auction is a vintage MARX Tin Suburban Colonial Doll House kit complete with breezeway, the set includes the original Furniture, Accessories instructions and original Box. This set was found in an attic and never put together! All the furniture pieces are included in their bags for the kitchen, dining & living room, nursery, bedroom, bathroom, utility room, den and patio - and there is even a car. There are 3 bags of accessories which include pots & pans, window flower boxes, awnings, fence, playground equipment and people! The dollhouse pieces are all present. Very colorful and detailed pieces to make this 2 story colonial with breezeway! Marx Suburban Colonial Doll House BOX Measures 27-1/2 x 12 x 3-3/4.
