This is a vintasge tin lithograph dollhouse made by Marx in the 1950-60s era-and is in clean,original condition -classic two story Colonial with 6 rooms and includes a breezeway and rec room...House is in excellent condition with no damages or excessive surface wear,no scratches,dents or rust..colors are clean & bright....has a staircase inside and a mechanical front door bell..ready to move-in condition and measures 31” x 17” x 8”. Signed “Marx” on the end panel,.........as an added bonus it comes with 47 pcs of original Marx plastic furniture-includes furniture for all rooms,including some neat rec room pieces-"Milk Bar" ,jukebox etc.... it looks & displays nicely & is guaranteed old & authentic.
