Here's a Child Guidance Magnetic Dollhouse from 1964. The family figures have magnets attached to the bottoms of their feet, and a child would use the "magic mover" wand under the hous to move the people around. One of the cars has a magnet under it, so that could be moved as well. Unfortunately, the base of the house, which is a fiberboard piece, is missing. The four leg/base pieces are still present. We are certain that the house is missing other parts as well-for example we don't see any roof pieces. But there are a lot of parts still included such as walls, figures, and furniture pieces. There is some lifting of of the decals/stickers on the inside wall surfaces. All of the parts have playwear, and the figures show some damage. Please look at pictures carefully, we're selling this vintage dollhouse AS IS, for parts, restoration or display, with no reserve, buyer pays shipping. Check our seller's list for vintage kidstuff and more! Terms of Sale: We want your Ebay transaction to be smooth and pleasant, so we don't have lots of rules or threats! Local Pickup is Welcome on all items. We will combine multiple purchase for possible savings on shipping. We will use the Ebay checkout system to notify you when the auction ends.
